These Terms of Use have been created to promote the integrity, security, reliability and privacy of Tiny Diner® and Customer data contained within. Tiny Diner® provides the following policies in the best interests of Tiny Diner® and it's clients. Tiny Diner® retains the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time and from time to time and any such modification shall be automatically effective as to all customers when adopted by Tiny Diner®. Tiny Diner® shall be the sole and final arbiter as the interpretation of the following. By utilizing the Tiny Diner®'s services and products, the Customer agrees to be bound by the terms herein outlined.

Ownership of Materials
Any letters, information, or stories sent to Tiny Diner® will become the property of Tiny Diner® and can be used by Tiny Diner®, without permission, in any of its promotional endeavors. Tiny Diner® will not, however, use your personal photographs for any commercial gains without your written permission.

Use of Personal Information
Tiny Diner® may occasionally contact individuals, who provide personal information while visiting Tiny Diner®, in order to solicit feedback and/or to supply related news and information. In no circumstances, will your contact information may be made available to other organizations.
