First Aid Kits Customized!

There are plenty of pre-loaded first aid kits you can buy, but how well do they match your needs? Learn to build a cost effective, flexible first aid kit setup for yourself. We’ll discuss appropriate items for different scenarios from something you might carry in your daypack in the city, to a kit for multiday backpacking. You’ll consider the different kinds of illness or injury you might need to address, and pack accordingly. Your first aid kit doesn’t have to be expensive, huge, or heavy to be effective!
Bring materials you already own. This could be a kit you have or things from your cabinet.
This class is sliding scale payment. Suggested donation is $20 or pay what you can options also available. RSVPs strongly encouraged! To save your spot, send an email to email@example.com.
Instructor Information: Zest Ed is a local athletic and outdoor education business run by Kym and Will Zest. They provide experiences that educate and empower the community to DIY their life.
